It is a pleasure to make a statement on behalf of Audiologist, Ms. Charity Herrera, M.A.
I met Ms. Herrera a couple of months ago, at a time when I desperately needed professional help. For a period of close to ten years, my hearing ability had deteriorated so much that I found myself isolated from friends and co-workers, while my self-esteem...[was] seriously threatened. After two disastrous experiences with pseudo-experts in the field, sad and depressed, I somehow found the courage to make an appointment and see Ms. Herrera. Her knowledge, her evident concern for my wellbeing, her respect for and understanding of the dimension of my situation soon made me realize that I was before a unique professional. The state-of-the-art technology she uses in her clinic allowed her to meticulously and thoroughly assess my problem, and to find for me the best solution.
From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt welcome and respected. She kindly guided me through the examination process, and made me feel fully supported at every level... She and her assistants did not spare details to show me that, to them, I was a very important patient.
I am enormously fortunate to have met Charity. Her services have made a significant change in my life. She has brought me back to the person I used to be, and to the world I so much love – a world where the sounds of nature blend with the laughter and voices of my friends and the questions and comments of my students. Charity is, unquestionably, an exceptional professional, and a very kind human being. No words can express my gratitude towards her, but I will indulge in the classical, conventional "Thank You!" as a way to begin my eternal gratitude.
As a business man for forty years before I retired, I am impressed by your personal attention to customer relations.
