Six years ago I purchased my first set of hearing aids from Beltone. Periodically they cleaned and replaced the tubs but no time in 6 years of service did they offer to give me a hearing test. I recently went back because my hearing aid wasn't working. I also told them my hearing wasn't good. They scheduled a hearing test and said my current aids wouldn't help me but I needed a new molded ear canal type. I left, saw an ad for AccuQuest and set up an appointment. Dr. Smith was excellent, showed how my hearing works, gave me a hearing test, told me I could use an open ear canal type of aid with no problem, which I then purchased from him. I'm very satisfied with my new hearing aids and with the service of Dr. Smith and Emily.
