I don't know where to begin. Our family knew mom needed hearing assistance for years. She had a not-so-great attitude towards hearing aids from listening to other peoples' complaints. Finally we talked her into just visiting your center for the free hearing screening. Well ... she was SO impressed with your knowledge, comfort, testing skills, tests and everything that she decided to try the hearing aids. It has not been more than a month and she couldn't be happier! You taught her so well that she went through the adjustment period effortlessly and continues to be able to change batteries, put the aids in and adjust the sound level. Oh did I mention she is 84 years young? I don't know who started AccuQuest but it was a long needed company. I'm quite sure many of the complaints mom used to listen to were from people that did not get the information and attention to detail for successful hearing assistance. You seemed to know everything she would need to feel good and be successful. It's a new mom. Our family can't thank you enough!
