I love my hearing aids - I truly wouldn't know what to do without them & I don't know how I managed without them. The only time I'm not wearing them is when I wash my hair. I wouldn't give them up for any price!!
Brett Thompson has been a blessing to me in accepting, and then dealing with, my hearing loss. There were so many things that were keeping me in denial about my hearing limitations: admitting that age was affecting something I couldn't control, knowing how expensive hearing aids could be and admitting that my husband was right, were a few of them. Brett was patient in letting me find my way through each dilemma I had; whether real, or of my own making. He agreed that one hearing aid would help; although I needed two. He suggested the aid that would best fit my hearing loss rather than the more expensive one. I moved from Wisconsin ten years and it took my new hearing aid to make me realize the crickets also live in Colorado; and what a joy it was to hear them again! ...
