I needed hearing aids.  I contacted several hearing aid providers.  All of their personnel followed the same sales routine without any mention of their service programs.  I then found Dr. Brian Smith who explained what to expect, answered all my questions and provided a free exam.  Now I can hear telephone conversations and I can hear what my wife is saying.  All as a result of a set of hearing aids at an affordable price with excellent service.

Wearing hearing aids is a new experience that can be very challenging. In my case, I have a lot of jaw movement, and they simply won't stay in my ears. Dr. Brian Smith has been a pleasure to work with because of his patience and persistence. He worked with me through custom fitted CIC aids, special coated aids, over the ear style aids, and finally a set with molded ear locks that hold them nicely in place. They are doing a great job and thanks to Dr. Smith, I am enjoying the improved hearing they provide.

Six years ago I purchased my first set of hearing aids from Beltone. Periodically they cleaned and replaced the tubs but no time in 6 years of service did they offer to give me a hearing test. I recently went back because my hearing aid wasn't working. I also told them my hearing wasn't good. They scheduled a hearing test and said my current aids wouldn't help me but I needed a new molded ear canal type. I left, saw an ad for AccuQuest and set up an appointment.
