Front Office / Patient Services Coordinator

Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of patient's hearing health care
• Effectively determine and communicate patient concerns and expectations
• Scheduling patient appointments and completing confirmations
• Responding to inquiries from potential customers both on the phone and in office
• Facilitating efficient and timely data entry
• Greeting all patients in a professional manner
• Completing patient check-in accurately
• Copying insurance ID cards and other forms of identification
• Administrative processing and record keeping
• Ensuring that all items have been completed prior to patient check out
• Other office duties related to hearing aid practice as assigned
Requirements
• Successful candidates will be friendly and outgoing, dependable and committed to providing superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in person
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective in front desk multi-tasking
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Experience in appointment scheduling and patient interaction is preferred
Desirable Experience
• Guidance counseling, social work, nursing home and assisted living attendants, geratic practice assistants, chiropractic or optometrist reception, pharmacy technicians, health care administration, executive assistants, etc.
